The latest motor racing innovation is approaching on tip-toes. Starting 19 September, you’ll be able to try Formula E – the future of motor racing – for yourself: at the Media World, seat yourself in the cockpit, pop the virtual reality goggles on and challenge the Swiss Formula-E world champion 2016, Sébastien Buemi, to a duel. The fastest laps will be rewarded with a trip to a real Formula-E race.
The popular Hello-Family club event is coming back to the museum together with bouncy castles, games of skill and a balloon competition. A high point of the event is a performance by the Schwiizergoofe performers. Also, Jolanda Steiner will be telling captivating stories and JaMaDu is celebrating its 10th birthday. Club members benefit from reduced admission charges on the day of the event.

The Arena in the Swiss Museum of Transport marks the end point for runners participating in the SwissCityMarathon Lucerne. Spectators will be able to cheer on the runners as they arrive. The marathon is a very special event in the town's sporting diary.
