The third part of the ‘Italo Design’ exhibition trilogy showcases selected vehicles from the Collezione Lopresto alongside creations by Italian fashion designer Mila Schön (1916-2008). She designed the uniforms for two airlines (Air Italia and Iran Air) and for the Italian athletes who competed in the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992. Her most prominent clients included Jacqueline Kennedy and the former Iranian empress, Farah Diba Pahlavi. Schön's creations often featured strict geometric shapes; some say that she transferred cubism to fashion. Automobile and motorcycle design, like fashion wear, is a key distinguishing feature that sets trends.
