At the Farming Days, visitors will gain an insight into the work of farmers, learn about innovative work tools and the many different job profiles, and find out interesting facts about the products, services and technologies needed for a sustainable, efficient and market-oriented agricultural and food industry.

Visit the various partners from the agricultural sector at this year's premiere of the Farming Days from 2 to 4 September 2022 at the Swiss Museum of Transport and learn more about the development of the industry.

  • Follow the Farming Days 2022 programme hosted by farmer and former Mister Switzerland Renzo Blumenthal, who will spend three days interviewing farmers, young professionals in the agriculture and food industry and technology specialists.
  • A cowshed at the Swiss Museum of Transport? Sure: visit calves and cows at the stand of Mother Cow Switzerland.
  • See the Sauenfamily in the Ferkelbucht at the Suisseporcs stand

  • Fun for all younger visitors - test your skills on the Farming Parcours run by the fenaco cooperative and win great prizes
  • Get to know the different professions in agriculture and gain exciting insights behind the scenes of the Swiss agriculture and food industry
  • How can plants be sustainably protected? Find out at the AGROLINE stand how agriculture is using technology and drones to break new ground in plant protection and make farming more sustainable
