This form allows you to apply for a refund of Print@home tickets you have purchased.
In principle, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. In accordance with clauses 4 and 5 of the terms and conditions governing Print@home tickets, it is for the Swiss Museum of Transport to agree to exchange or refund a ticket.
Your application for a refund should be accompanied by the following:
- The relevant online ticket(s).
- In the case of sickness/accident: a doctor’s certificate or employer’s confirmation
- In the case of death: a copy of the power of attorney or contractual assignment of rights for the legal heirs
- A copy of your ID card or passport
