
Everything you need to know about the Swiss Chocolate Adventure
Accessibility
The Swiss Chocolate Adventure is wheelchair accessible. Two rides per hour are possible with an accompanying person (loading onto a special vehicle). The maximum size for wheelchairs is 80 x 140 cm (width x depth). The wheelchair user, wheelchair and accompanying person must not exceed the maximum weight of 500 kg. Wheelchair users who are able to transfer will transfer to the standard vehicle on site.
Duration of the visit
The visit takes around 20 minutes. It is not possible to leave early.
Swiss Chocolate Adventure entry prices
Admission to the Swiss Chocolate Adventure costs:
- Adults: CHF 18
- Students (under 26): CHF 14 CHF
- Children (under 16): CHF 10
- Infants (under 6): CHF 10
Entry to the Swiss Chocolate Adventure is not included in museum entry.
A day pass entitles you to enter the museum and to visit the Filmtheatre, the Planetarium and the Swiss Chocolate Adventure at any time. A day pass costs:
- Adults: CHF 62
- Students under 26: CHF 46
- Children under 16: CHF 29
- Infants under 6: CHF 12

Seats
There is room for a maximum of 6 people in a vehicle at any one time. Several vehicles move through the exhibition at the same time, so that waiting times are kept to a minimum (start every 2 minutes).
School class booking
Advance booking is highly recommended for school classes. A time slot can be set in advance to make planning easier. Reservations can be made by telephone on: 041 375 75 75 (daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or online using the "Plan school visit" tool.

The fast-paced journey through dark spaces does not allow for worksheets to be completed during the visit.
Lindt & Sprüngli offers all school classes visiting the Swiss Chocolate Adventure a brochure with samples and information about sustainability in the Swiss chocolate industry. This brochure is available from the Maître Chocolatier at the Swiss Museum of Transport.
Discounted entry prices
Discounts are available for students and apprentices (under 26) and children (under 16). Members of the Museum of Transport and groups of 10 people or more receive a 10% discount on the admission price. There are special rates for school classes. We also offer day passes for admission to the Planetarium, the Filmtheatre and the Swiss Chocolate Adventure.
