At the Swiss Museum of Transport Filmtheatre, you can experience films on the largest permanently installed screen in Switzerland. Good to know

Setting up the infrastructure

In order not to interfere with regular visitor operations, the event infrastructure is not set up in the morning, but in the evening, shortly before the event begins.

Branding in front of the main entrance

Organiser branding is only possible during guest check-in and is not permitted throughout the day. Branding in the Conference Centre is an exception.

Data protection, terms and conditions and visitor regulations

Here you will find the relevant documents on data protection, terms and conditions and the applicable visitor regulations.

Museum admission not included

Admission to the museum is not automatically included in the event package for conference participants. Museum admission can be booked at attractive special rates on request.

Hire a museum hall as an event venue

The museum halls are available as a unique event venue, but only after the museum has closed. Use is therefore only possible from 5 or 6 p.m. after visitors have left the museum.

Guided tours

Guided tours can be booked as an extra programme. They last either 60 or 90 minutes. The group size is limited to 20 people.

Simulator use during an event

We recommend that you do not schedule simulators during the event. The use of simulators has not proven to be a good idea for events, as it leads to a lot of time being wasted.
