Organizational structure
At the Swiss Museum of Transport, employees from various specialist areas work together in a project-based matrix organisation. This teamwork results in innovative ideas and offers for our visitors. The project managers bear an important responsibility and play an active role in shaping developments.
In organisational terms, we are divided into the following three main areas: Exhibition and Collection, Development and Market, Finance and Central Services.
Exhibition and Collection
The Exhibition and Collection department is responsible for the content and operation of the museum. This includes the planning and implementation of exhibitions and their operation. Another focus is the collection, which is managed in the Documentation Center. It contains objects and documents relating to the development of mobility in our country, which form part of the national transport collection. The head of the department is Ute Dotti Gut.
