For generations, the planetarium at the Swiss Museum of Transport has served as a bridge to the infinite expanses of the universe and as a place to acquire knowledge through play. In addition to astronomy and cosmology, our educational program imparts fundamental knowledge about the relationship between humans and nature. The focus is on the responsible use of our planet and natural resources. With realistic simulations, films, lectures, special events and educational materials for school lessons, the Planetarium reaches up to 10,000 schoolchildren from all over Switzerland every year.
