The railway hall at the Swiss Museum of Transport features exhibition stands run by Swiss railway companies and associations. There are also plenty of other programme highlights to look forward to.

Crew cab rides on the LANGNAU steam locomotive (Sat & Sun)

Right in front of the Swiss Museum of Transport, you’ll find the historic LANGNAU steam locomotive – the oldest surviving locomotive of the Emmental Railway and part of our collection. Climb aboard and ride along in the driver’s cab on a Saturday or Sunday. This rare opportunity gives you a first-hand experience of the technology.
