Phoebe Bridgers - Lost Weekend Planetarium Experience
13.08.2026 Start: 19:00

Phoebe Bridgers’ latest album, “Lost Weekend”, is due for release on 14 August 2026. You can hear it at the Verkehrshaus Planetarium ahead of its release on Thursday 13 August. With stunning visuals from National Geographic photographer Babak Tafreshi, you’ll be immersed in the world of music and enjoy the album in the best possible sound quality.

Presented beneath the planetarium dome, acclaimed photographer and National Geographic night sky explorer Babak Tafreshi, presents a visual experience culminating from two decades spent documenting extraordinary nocturnal scenes around the globe. Experience Lost Weekend in a breathtaking audiovisual journey that travels from the star-filled skies of Madagascar and the shimmering Northern Lights above Iceland's glaciers to the powerful storms across Texas. Filmed in nearly 20 countries, with no computer-generated imagery, this show brings audiences closer to the natural world through stunning nightscapes that blend music, science, art, and a sense of discovery. The experience invites audiences to reflect on our connection to the universe while celebrating the beauty of dark skies.

Note: This is not a performance, and Phoebe Bridgers will not be in attendance.
